The surgery involves extracting individual hair follicles from the body using specialised equipment, sapphire blades and implanting them into the scalp. During a Sapphire FUE Body Hair Transplant procedure, hair follicles are extracted from areas of the body with thicker hair, such as the chest, back, beard or legs, using a small handheld instrument called a punch. The follicles are then implanted into the scalp using a micro-needle, creating a natural-looking hairline and improving overall hair density.
